ENJEL LLC ("Enjel") respects your privacy and understands the importance of protecting the personal information you provide to us when you use the It's Not Just Luck application (the "Application").

When you use the Application, we may collect certain information that, alone or in combination with other information, could be used to directly or indirectly identify you or your household ("Personal Information"). This Privacy Policy explains how we use your Personal Information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and it may not be possible for us to notify you of all such changes, so be sure to check back from time to time to see if the "last revised" date has changed.

Our Collection and Use of Your Personal Information

What we collect.

We do NOT knowingly collect any Personal Information from or about: (1) anyone under the age of 18; or (2) any resident or citizen of the European Union.

Specifically, we may collect and retain the following categories of Personal Information, only in association with your use of the AI Assistant through the Application:

• Identifiers: unique or online identifier; account name
• Internet and networking activity: information about the frequency and manner of your use of the AI Assistant

Should you choose to provide any additional Personal Information to the AI Assistant, the collection, use, and retention of that Personal Information is governed by the terms and privacy policy of the AI Assistant. Enjel does not collect, use, or retain any such additional Personal Information.

How we obtain your Personal Information.

We obtain your Personal Information only when you interact with the AI Assistant.

How we use and share your Personal Information and for what purposes.

We do not sell any of your Personal Information. We do not share your Personal Information with anyone.

We use your Personal Information for the following purposes (collectively, the "Purposes"):

• To improve the quality of information output by the Application.
• To determine subscription levels and pricing for the Application.
• To help us understand the demographics and user preferences of our users.
• To evaluate and improve the Application.

We will disclose Personal Information only in the following circumstances: (i) if it is required by law enforcement or judicial authorities, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation; (ii) if we have a good faith belief that we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process; (iii) to protect our rights, reputation, property or the safety of us or others; (iv) to defend or enforce our rights or your obligations; (v) if the disclosure is required by mandatory professional standards; (vi) to a third party with your prior consent to do so; or (vii) if we are under a duty to disclose or share Personal Information in order to enforce or apply any contracts or agreement that may exist between you and us including this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

If Enjel is acquired by or merges with another entity, we will provide Personal Information to that entity, but only subject to terms that provide protection comparable to that provided under this Privacy Policy.

How long we retain your Personal Information.

Unless you have requested that we delete your Personal Information (see Your Rights and Options below) and we have done so, we may retain your Personal Information for as long as we deem reasonably necessary to meet the Purposes.

Your Rights and Options

Right to Opt Out.

You have the right to opt out of Enjel's sharing of your Personal Information. Note that doing so may affect your ability to use the Application.

Right to Disclosure.

You have the right to request that we disclose to you the following information about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the past 12 months:

• The categories of personal information we collected about you.
• The categories of sources from which the Personal Information was collected.
• Our business or commercial purpose for collecting that personal information.
• The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.
• The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).
• If we disclosed your personal information for a business purpose, a list containing disclosures for a business purpose, identifying the personal information categories that each category of recipient obtained.

Right to Deletion of Personal Information.

You have the right to request that we delete Personal Information we have collected from you. We will comply with such request, subject to certain exceptions permitted by applicable law.

Right to Correct Personal Information.

You have a right to request that we correct any inaccurate Personal Information about you. Upon your request, we will make reasonable efforts to make the requested corrections. If necessary, we may ask that you provide documentation showing that the information is inaccurate.

For your protection, we may require that you provide information verifying your identity and refuse to honor your request until we have been able to verify your identity.

Non-Discrimination.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the rights described above.
