On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Not Just Luck. From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select your Not Just Luck purchase.

I paid but lost access to premium features.

Force-close the app and reopen it to refresh your subscription status. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll resolve it.

What does Not Just Luck actually do?

Not Just Luck is a data and analytics app for NBA and MLB daily fantasy sports. It does not facilitate wagering, accept bets, or process any gambling transactions.
